Tigress noor t39 in monochrome at ranthambore walking behind our vehicle. The difference between walking behind or in front of the tiger. There was a no of vehicle who came later behind the tigress and my vehicle was the only one in front. A good driver and intuitive thinking plays a big role in getting the shot or getting nothing. photographed using d4s+200400vr+ricebag.

Tigers (mother and sub-adult cub) crossing the dry river bed rocks in corbett. It was fantastic sighting that started with this crossing and ended up with the mother posing later. (almost 2 hrs) and then we left the mother as the time for evening safari ended. posting this from train as I am traveling to ranthambore. photographed using nikon d4s+200400vr+1.4x+ricebag.
Elephant feeding on water plants in Kaziranga lake in agaratoli range. This place is so fantastic with all the migratory birds, elephants, buffaloes, rhinos and even an occassional glimse of tiger. photographed using a Nikon d4s+nikkor 200400vr+beanbag. Best time to visit for photography is winters, although rhino sightings are more after the forest dept burns the grass in feb end. I prefer greener grass and natural habitat like this.
An old image from bandhavgarh N. P. around 2011 approx that i never posted, must have processed it multiple times but was never satisfied. Finally today converted it to monochrome and I liked it. Some images are just meant to be seen without color. photographed nikon d300 + nikkor 200400vr + monopod.
